Zac's Yoga

Zac offers I-Ching readings and personal yoga classes.

The I-Ching or Book of Changes, is one of the oldest known systems of divination, based on the principle of yin and yang. Zac describes outcomes using a combination of traditional symbolism and personal intuition.

Zac's yoga classes focus on dedicated small group or individual students. Zac will help you develop and achieve SMART goals for health, longevity, and/or spiritual achievement.

Zac's Experience

Zac began practicing yoga at the end of college and found it extremely helpful, as an anchor in the midst of life's tossing seas. Although he read the Bible daily for many years and studied the Bible intensely for two years during college, he felt something was lacking.

After college, Zac began a comparative study of religions, focusing on East-Indian and Taoist traditions in comparison with Judaism and Christianity. Zac found many similarities, notable differences, and most importantly, peace. Around the same time, Zac entered a 3-year course of study with a Taoist teacher in the lineage of the Yang Family, through Master TT Liang, and Zac's teacher, Stuart Alve Olson.

Zac has found consistent peace and health benefits practicing a number of the exercises he learned. For new students he primarily focuses on the foundational offering of the 5 Tibetan Rites, which may be found on YouTube and greatly benefit a daily practitioner in body and mind.

Zac is especially focused in Wim Hof breathwork, repetitive exercise routines (which allow the mind to turn off), and hot/cold therapy. He has kept a personal yoga practice since 2020 and continues to build on his experience. He is currently learning standing Taiji.
